Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No strict minimum — but volume pricing kicks in on larger orders, and custom mixes and branded packs require a minimum quantity that we'll confirm in your quote.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with most of our business orders going to the US and Australia. If you're unsure about your country, just ask.
How long do custom mixes take?
Longer than standard orders, since we blend and pack them to spec — we'll give you an exact lead time in your quote. For events, get in touch at least a few weeks ahead.
What about shelf life?
All products ship fresh from our Stockholm warehouse with several months of shelf life remaining — we'll note best-before dates in your quote if needed.
